Which drawing formats can I upload?
DWG, DXF, PDF and IFC. Drawing PDFs are automatically converted to vector before measurement — no need to chase DWGs from the design office.
How accurate is the AI?
AI does the initial detection and measurement; every element stays pinned to the drawing so you can review, adjust or delete it. You validate, TypeArk accelerates. It's built to cut hours of manual work, not to sign estimates for you.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union, with per-organisation isolation at the database level. We're GDPR-compliant — privacy policy, DPA and subprocessor list are public in the footer.
How does the 7-day trial work?
Pick how many users you need, get full access for 7 days (with 150 free AI credits) and pay nothing if you cancel before it ends. Billing starts automatically when the trial ends — that is why we ask for a card upfront.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — from account settings, no calls, no notice periods. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
